Thinking about holidays in Calabria, one involuntarily gets mental pictures of the turquoise-coloured sea and the small sandy beach bays on the steep coast of the Capo Vaticano.
This coastal stretch, which can be found on innumerable picture postcards, is supposed to be one of the most beautiful in Italy.
The two holiday homes called Ville Ferraro, which have been completed in 2004, are located only 200 m from the lighthouse at the furthermost tip of the Capo Vaticano and 400 m from the famous sandy beach of “Il Belvedere”.
“Il Belvedere”, accessible by a steep incline (only for sporty people!) or by boat from the seaside, even belongs to the most beautiful beaches in the entire world.
The Ville Ferraro were built on a terraced property in attractive panoramic location. Each one of the houses offers two holiday apartments. Your apartment is to be found on the side facing the sea.
The holiday apartments both contain two bedrooms (double bed and two single beds, respectively), a kitchen-cum-dining room with modern built-in kitchen and Sat-TV, as well as a bathroom with shower/WC/bidet. From the kitchen/dining room you have access to the spacious, roofed terrace.

To each apartment also belongs a share of the garden of about 500 sqm. From terrace and garden you have a wonderful view of the sea and the coastal landscape of the Capo Vaticano.
The nearest sandy beach accessible by car is Spiaggia Groticelle, about 1.5 km from the house.

Grocery stores and restaurants are found in Santa Maria di Ricadi, about 2 km away. The historic centre of Tropea is 6 km away.
