- The Case di Concetta offer you a marvellous panorama.
A lot of time, work and thought have been invested by the owners in the restoration of their family property. We have visited the Case di Concetta several times before, during and after their complete renovation, finished in 2006… and we are impressed: The original structure and the Mediterranean charm of the architecture has been preserved, on the inside the Case di Concetta excel by their practical layout and cosiness. In one of the houses live the owners, the second building houses four holiday apartments.
The Case di Concetta are located only about 350 m from the sandy beach. The town centre of Santa Maria di Ricadi with its small stores, bars and restaurants is already reached within about 300 m.
A splendid view upon the sea and – on days of clear visibility – the Aeolian Islands is offered by the approx. 20 sqm terrace, which belongs to each of the four apartments. Sitting in the cosy sofa corner or on around the dining table in front of this marvellous setting – this creates a real holiday feeling! The nicely laid-out garden is available to all guests. The variety of the plants offers a true symphony of colours to the eye. Here you find separate corners, where you may set up your sun bed. Sitting in one of the three pavilions or relaxing on the swing hammock, you will surely have the best ideas for your holiday greetings.
Each apartment has its separate entrance. From the sea-view terrace you enter the friendly eat-in kitchen (with TV). The two bedrooms of your apartment (one double bedroom and one twin bedroom each) are tastefully furnished and kept in warm colours. Your bathroom is equipped with shower/bidet/WC. A washing machine and two two outdoor showers are at the shared disposal of all guests.
Upon request we will gladly also reserve the apartment no. 5 in the owners’ house. Due to the large lounge it is also recommended for a stay during the cooler months in spring and autumn. Please enquire!
You may park your car on the fenced property. The nearest train station at Ricadi is about 2 km away.
Use the ideal location of the Case di Concetta to combine a refreshing beach holiday with excursions to the near surroundings. Visit the Aeolian Islands and discover e.g. the unique volcano landscape of Stromboli. A trip to Tropea with its splendid old centre is worthwhile: In the alleys of the lively town, you can enjoy the literal “dolce far niente” (Engl.: “the sweet idling”) in its entirety. The sympathetic and kind owners of the Case di Concetta will gladly give you helpful recommendations concerning hiking tours, excursions and shopping..

Prices per week for the holiday apartment are valid for the number of persons given in brackets and incl. final cleaning. Upon request, bed linen and towels will be provided at a surcharge of 13 Euro per person per week (please indicate when booking!).
