Ideal for culture-interested tourists and people being excited about immediately taking part in the hustle and bustle of one of southern Italy’s most beautiful coastal towns: The opulent villa in classic Liberty-style is located only a few paces from the historic centre of Tropea, the centre of attraction at the Capo Vaticano. Also well accessible on foot – via stairs directly down from the centro storico – is within 1 km the fine sandy beach “della Rotonda”. It is situated picturesquely between the pilgrimage church “Madonna dell’isola”, enthroned on a sand-stone rock towering above the sea, and the town centre.
In front of the two tastefully furnished holiday apartments on the rear side of the villa you find a small, beautifully laid-out garden. You enter both apartments through the respective private terrace.
Apartment No. 1: The larger of the two apartments offers on the ground floor a kitchen-cum-living room, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower/WC. A spiral staircase leads to the first floor, where a spacious, open sleeping area with double bed and spare bed and a second bathroom with shower/WC/bidet are located.
Apartment No. 2: On the ground floor of the apartment there is a kitchen-cum-living room a bathroom with shower/WC/bidet. Also on a spiral staircase you access the sleeping gallery with double bed.
The kitchen-cum-living rooms are both equipped with modern built-in kitchens, double sleeping couch and TV.

In the garden, there is a large, partly roofed common terrace, which offers a washing machine and a stone grill (barbecue) for shared use.
The nearest shops are literally around the corner. Interesting for train travellers: Tropea’s train station is only 500 m away. Motorists may park their vehicle on one of the parking spots on the street in front of the house.
