The blue of the sea and the yellow of the sun are mirrored in the colours of Villa Iole. From the spacious, partly roofed terrace you enjoy on days of clear visibility a marvellous view of the Aeolian Islands up to the Strait of Messina. The location of Villa Iole on the southern foothills of the Capo Vaticano in Marina di Joppolo is ideal for all lovers of the “Tirreno”: Only ca. 100 m from the sea (stony beach) you find your holiday accommodation. On the green, lightly inclining slope, only a few houses are standing.
Bright and friendly is the appearance of your holiday home, not only from the outside: In the year 2005, your half of the semi-detached house has been completely renovated and fitted with new furniture. Through the terrace door or the entrance on the back you enter the very generous and tastefully furnished living and dining area.
After a day on the beach you may make yourself comfortable with a book on the couch, sit for a while with your family or friends or watch TV. The modern built-in kitchen is separated from the room by a kitchen counter.
In your holiday home you find two bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower/bidet/WC). One of the rooms is equipped with a double bed, the other with two single beds.
Children may play in the garden that belongs to the villa. The outdoor shower comes in handy at the end of a day on the beach.
You may park your car on the fenced property. You find restaurants in Marina di Joppolo, the nearest stores are found in the main village of Joppolo, about 1.5 km from the house.
Especially Tropea with its beautiful historic centre is worth a visit: In the alleys of the lively town you can fully enjoy the literal “dolce far niente” (Engl.: the sweet idling).

Prices per week are valid for the number of persons given in brackets and include the costs for bed linen, towels, final cleaning and heating (electric heating fans; heating period: 1.11.-30.4.).
Upon request, bed linen and towels will be exchanged weekly upon a surcharge of 15 Euro per person per week (please mention on the booking form).
