During a holiday in Villa Restuccia, Calabria’s sunny side is right at your feet, so to speak: Only 30 m from the sea (stony beach) the holiday home has been completed in 2005.
Here, on the southern foothills of the famous steep coast of the Capo Vaticano, nature has phantastic colour plays in store for the visitor: shimmering emerald-green, the “Tirreno” stretches out in front of you. On days of clear visibility, the Aeolian Islands seem close enough to touch. To the other side of Villa Restuccia, you gaze upon the soft hilly countryside of Calabria.
Your holiday home in Marina di Joppolo is embedded into wide areas of green (ca. 1,000 sqm). The holiday accommodation is therefore especially suited for families with children. From the spacious, roofed terrace you enjoy a wonderful view of the sea.
With new furniture and a sense for taste the owners have designed the interior.
On the side facing the coast, there is the spacious living/dining room, with the modern built in kitchen integrated into.
Large window fronts provide for a bright and friendly atmosphere – the sea always in sight.
Through a corridor you reach the three comfortable bedrooms of your holiday home.
Two of the rooms are equipped with double beds; the third room is a single bedroom. Your bathroom offers shower/bidet/WC.
On the fenced property you may also park your car. Restaurants can be found in Marina di Joppolo, the nearest grocery stores in the main village of Joppolo, about 1 km away.
For hikers and cyclists, a tour to Monte Poro (711 m) is worthwhile. Here the visitor feels taken back to another time: Rural atmosphere and countryside charm shape the high plateau.
Lively hustle and bustle on the other hand is offered for lovers of typical Italian city flair in Tropea with its beautiful old town centre. In the small alleys of the little town, one can enjoy the literal “dolce far niente” (engl.: the sweet idling) to the fullest.

Prices per week are valid for the number of persons given in brackets and include the costs for final cleaning. Upon request, bed linens and towels are provided upon a surcharge of 15 Euro per person per week (please mention on the booking form).
Heating (small gas stoves) will be charged on the spot according to usage.
* For a possible 5th person during the periods 01.09.12-29.06.13 and 31.08.13-04.01.14 an additional amount of 80 Euro / week will be charged, in the other periods an amount of 100 Euro / week.
