On the Capo Vaticano, one of the most beautiful stretches of steep coast in Calabria (Southern Italy) and only about 200 m from the marvellous, fine sandy beach of Grotticelle, Hotel Incoronato is located. The family-run house in Ricadi has 32 guest rooms. The kind and courteous family of owners cares heart-warmingly for the well-being of their guests.
The Calabria region is famous for its splendid sea and shimmering blue colours in Italy and beyond. Already after you wake up you can admire the colourful play of the waves: From your roofed, private balcony of the room we have chosen for you have lateral sea view.

In the hotel you refresh yourself in the beautiful and well-tended swimming pool. Afterwards you enjoy the warming sun rays either in the reclining area at the pool or upon the large sun terrace on the upper floor, available to all guests.
The guest room with private sea-view balcony we have chosen for you is located on the first floor and provides air condition, satellite TV and safe. Your new bathroom is equipped with shower/bidet/WC and hair dryer.
In your hotel you can chose from dining outdoors on the pool terrace or inside. The lounges of your hotel in Calabria are large and bright and appear inviting and friendly due to the lovely decoration with marine motifs.
In the couch corner you may read a book in the evening or watch TV (satellite TV). Breakfast is possible all around the well-tended bar. The dining hall with its large paned fronts appears airy and bright.
Not only the premises of your hotel in Calabria promise undisturbed holiday fun. The family of owners places much emphasis on the quality of their cuisine. A daily changing menu and the use of fresh ingredients are matter of course. In the morning you serve yourself from the Italian breakfast buffet. For lunch and/or dinner you choose from two different “primi” and “secondi” (fish or meat) with side dishes. Many a time the owners also prepare delicious “dolci”. Gladly the Incoronato family will take into account any special wishes of their guests!

During your stay in your hotel in Calabria you should not miss out on a trip to the Aeolian Islands. From the sandy beach of Grotticelle, only about 200 m from the hotel, tour boats will take you several times a week (frequency depending on the tourist season). Also Tropea is worth a visit: only 6 km away, the coastal town lures with its splendidly preserved old town. Well worth seeing is also the small town of Scilla, famous as the ”Venice of the South”. A journey into the charming mountainside will show you the mostly untouched side of Calabria..

Prices for the rooms are valid per person and day in a double room (DR) with half board (HB) or full board (FB), respectively.
Included in the price is also the use of the pool, a parking spot and beach service (sun beds and umbrella).
Single occupancy of a double room: 30% surcharge. Not possible in the period from 31.07.-28.08.2010.
Child rebate:
Children from 0-1 years, sharing a room with their parents: 8 Euro per day (meals excluded) in the period 17.07.-04.09.2010. Free of charge in all other tourist seasons.
Children from 2-6 years, sharing a room with their parents: 30% rebate in the periods 01.05.-17.07.2010 and 04.09.-02.10.2010, 25% rebate in the remaining periods.
Children from 7-10 years, sharing a room with their parents: 20% rebate in the periods 01.05.-07.08.2010 and 21.08.-02.10.2010, 10% rebate in the period 07.08.-21.08.2010.
Family offer in the periods 01.05.-17.07.2010 and 04.09.-02.10.2010: Two adults and two children at a maximum age of 10 years pay the same as three adults.
Minimum stay: usually 3 days.
Transfer from/to the train station Ricadi (for free), to Tropea (10 Euro), from/to the airport Lamezia Terme (100 Euro), to Reggio Calabria (120 Euro), one way each.
