The owners have put a lot of time and work into the restoration of their family property at Ricadi: two buildings, one of which is the owners' residence, one of which houses four wonderful holiday apartments with unique panoramic view.

The partly preserved original structure radiates Mediterranean charm; the inside of the apartments is of practical layout and coziness.
From the sea view terrace of your apartment you have got a terrific view of the Mediterranean Sea, which, in Calabria, always shines in vivid shades of blue and turquoise.
The nearest beach with fine golden sands and crystal clear sea waters is only about 350 m off.

Friendly holiday apartments...

Each of the four apartments has of course a private entrance. Via the terrace you enter the apartment, which displays a friendly interior, includes an eat-in kitchen (incl. 4-burner gas stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave), two bedrooms (double bed; twin beds) and a bathroom (shower/WC/bidet) and opens onto a furnished terrace.

Furnishing of the apartments also includes WiFi, TV and air conditioning in the bedrooms.

A washing machine and two outdoor showers are shared by all the apartments of Le Case di Concetta.

Upon request, we could arrange for apartment no. 5 in the owners’ residence. With its large lounge area it is also suitable for a stay during the cooler spring and autumn months. Please inquire!

Each apartment comes with a ca. 20 m² roofed terrace, from which you have got a marvelous view of the sea and on days of clear visibility even the Aeolian Islands. Just imagine spending time together relaxing in the cozy sofa corner or comfortably seated round the dining table and this fantastic setting - what a holiday atmosphere!

In the nicely laid-out garden, which is for shared use by all the guests, you meet with a veritable symphony of colors from the variety of plants growing there. You are sure to find your favorite spot in the garden to put up your lounger and relax.

And, while sitting in one of the three pavilions or idling on the garden swing, you might have some great ideas for the holiday greetings you want to send home.

Parking: You can park your car on the fenced premises.

Surroundings & excursions

Le Case di Concetta are located only ca. 350 m from the sandy beach. The center of Santa Maria di Ricadi with small stores, bars and restaurants is about 300 m off.

Nearby towns can easily be reached by regional train from the train station at Ricadi (ca. 2 km).   

Profit from the apartments’ location - combine beach holidays with excursions into the surrounding area.

Visit the Aeolian Islands and discover the unique volcanic landscape of Stromboli.

Stop by Tropea with its wonderful Old Town and enjoy the "dolce far niente" in the alleys of the lively town.
