The time and work the owners have put into the restoration of their family property at Ricadi has resulted in four wonderful holiday apartments with unique panoramic view.

The partly preserved original structure radiates Mediterranean charm. Inside, the apartments of Le Case di Concetta are characterized by practical layout and coziness. There are two buildings, one is the owners’ residence, the other one houses the holiday apartments.

Due to the unique location of the house, your sea view terrace offers a round-the-clock, terrific view of the Mediterranean Sea, which, in Calabria, always shines in vivid shades of blue and turquoise.

The nearest beach is only about 350 m off and attracts you with fine golden sand and crystal clear water.

Friendly holiday apartments at Ricadi

Each of the four apartments has of course a private entrance. Via the terrace you enter the apartment, which displays a friendly interior.

The eat-in kitchen is furnished with, amongst others, 4-burner gas stove, oven and refrigerator with freezer compartment as well as microwave.

Each apartment has two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with twin beds.

Your bathroom is equipped with shower as well as WC and bidet.

Upon request, we could arrange for apartment no. 5 in the owners’ residence. With its large lounge area it is also suitable for a stay during the cooler spring and autumn months. Please inquire!

Wonderful outdoor area of Le Casa di Concetta

Each apartment comes with a ca. 20 m² roofed terrace, from which you have got a marvelous view of the sea and on days of clear visibility even the Aeolian Islands. Just imagine spending time together relaxing in the cozy sofa corner or comfortably seated round the dining table and this fantastic setting - what a holiday atmosphere!

In the nicely laid-out garden, which is for shared use by all the guests, you meet with a veritable symphony of colors from the variety of plants growing there. You are sure to find your spot in the garden, where you wish to put up your sun bed, relax and remain undisturbed.

While sitting in one of the three pavilions or idling on the garden swing you might have some great ideas for the holiday greetings you want to send home.

Each apartment includes WiFi, TV, air conditioning in the bedrooms and a private, furnished terrace.

A washing machine and two outdoor showers are for shared use by the guests of Le Case di Concetta.

You can park your car on the fenced premises.

Le Case di Concetta are located only ca. 350 m from the sandy beach. The center of Santa Maria di Ricadi with small stores, bars and restaurants is about 300 m off.

From the nearest train station at Ricadi, which is about 2 km off, the nearby towns can easily be reached by regional train.   

Tips for excursions: Aeolian Islands and Tropea

Profit from the apartments’ ideal location - combine relaxing beach holidays with excursions into the surrounding area.

You might visit the Aeolian Islands and discover the unique volcanic landscape of Stromboli.

Stop by at Tropea with its wonderful Old Town and enjoy the "dolce far niente" in the alleys of the lively town.
