Cozy holiday apartment in the heart of Tropea

Casa Il Gelsomino is located on the 3rd floor of the palazzo and accommodates either 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. The well-appointed live-and-eat-in kitchen is furnished with, amongst others, a modern induction cooktop and a sofa which can be turned into a sleeping facility. The apartment has got one bedroom (double bed) and two bathrooms (shower/WC/bidet, hair dryer each).
The live-and-eat-in kitchen opens onto a small terrace, which is furnished with a bench and a table.

Casa Il Gelsomino also features air conditioning with heating device and free WiFi.

Parking: Public parking spaces are found approx. 400 m off, on the edge of the centro storico.

Breakfast offer (extra charge; can be added to booking): breakfast buffet at restaurant Incipit, which is less than 20 m from Palazzo Cesareo.

Above the rooftops of Tropea

Casa Il Gelsomino's terrace is a lovely spot for small meals out in the open. At any time during your stay you can also use the B&B's beautiful roof terrace (shared by the apartments and the guest room), from where you have got a marvelous view of the Calabrian Sea and the surrounding rooftops of the town.

The spacious roof terrace, where you can spend morning, noon and evening hours with a view of the Gulf of Sant'Eufemia, is accessible from the 4th floor of the palazzo and comfortably furnished with tables, chairs, deck chairs and parasol.

If you do not plan on any far excursions, you can manage quite well without a car. Train connections to the towns worth visiting around Tropea are good and Tropea's train station is within easy walking distance.

The nearest shopping facilities, cafés, bars and restaurants are only a short walk from Casa Il Gelsomino.

Give in to the dolce vita while strolling, delicious ice cream in hand, through the picturesque alleys of Tropea. Settle down in the sun at one of the many small bars or in the piazza and watch the colorful buzz of activity. 

By the way: Your landlord Michele produces an excellent local olive oil. Do ask him about it! Combined with fresh ingredients from the weekly market it is a culinary delight.
