Modern holiday apartment near the beach 

Casa Stella Marina is a modern, tastefully furnished apartment held in light colors. It is the perfect accommodation for two and offers all the conveniences to make your stay in sunny Calabria a pleasant and varied timeout from daily routine.

The ca. 55 m² apartment includes
- a cozy bedroom with double bed and French balcony;
- a well-tended bathroom with shower (modern rain shower device)/WC;
- a living-dining room with well-appointed kitchen unit (incl. induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, electric kettle, typically Italian espresso maker), dining furniture for 4, sofa and 36-inch flat screen TV. The living-dining area also opens onto a French balcony.

Casa Stella Marina also features: WIFI (only in the living area), air conditioning in the living room and in the bedroom, washing machine.

Let's say, for example, you don't want to go out, but would still love to enjoy a glass of wine out in the open at sunset. The palazzo has got a large, comfortably furnished sea view roof terrace you can use at any time during your stay at Casa Stella Marina.
The terrace is shared by the holiday apartments and the guest room.

White sandy beaches in front of your door 

When vacationing at lovely Casa Stella Marina, you have only short distances to cover. It takes you only a few minutes to get to the wide and bright sandy beach which stretches out at the foot of the rock pilgrimage church Santa Maria dell’Isola sits enthroned upon. Shopping facilities, bars and restaurants are found within ca. 100 m of Palazzo Cesareo, the train station is also within walking distance.

Tropea is known throughout Italy for its bright sandy beaches and the surrounding bathing bays. If you love beaches and prefer to make do without a car and if you love evening strolls through alleys bathed in golden-yellow light, then you will love Tropea.

Of course, a car is a convenient means to get around, to undertake excursions into the near and far surroundings, for example to the hiking area of Parco Nazionale dell’Aspromonte. Public parking is found just outside the Old Town, about 400 m from the apartment, i.e. Palazzo Cesareo. In summer it may, however, be a bit hard to find a parking space.
Excursions to nearby towns, for example Pizzo, can easily be made by using the train. Lamezia Terme airport is also well connected to Tropea.
