The residence with 4 apartments lies on the edge of the "centro storico" and not far from Tropea's gorgeous sandy beach.

Small jewels – that's what the owner calls holiday apartments Topazio (topaz) and Zaffiro (sapphire), which we have chosen for your stay. The carefully selected Mediterranean colors and building materials make for a special kind of feel-good atmosphere.

Zaffiro and Topazio are accessed via an inner courtyard and located next to each other. From the apartments' balconies you have got lateral sea view; this also goes for the shared roof terrace, which, moreover, offers a view towards the Old Town and across the rooftops of Tropea. 

Apartment Topazio

Holiday apartment Topazio, which accommodates up to 2 persons, includes a double bedroom, a bathroom (WC/bidet/shower with massage system) as well as an eat-in kitchen (incl. 2-burner gas stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, table, chairs).

Apartment Zaffiro

Holiday apartment Zaffiro accommodates up to 4 persons. It offers a double bedroom, a bathroom (WC/bidet/shower with massage system) as well as a kitchen-dining-living room (incl. 2-burner gas stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, table, chairs).
At apartment Zaffiro two pull-out chair sleepers offer sleeping facility for the 3rd and 4th persons.

Each apartment has got a small balcony with lateral sea view.

Furnishing of the apartments also includes SAT-TV, free WiFi and DVD player, air conditioning with heating system, electronic door lock, safe and hair dryer.

You can park your car either in the garage or on fenced premises along the road below the apartments.

The nearest shopping facility, a small grocery store, is 50 m off. More stores, restaurants and bars are found in the centro storico, which starts 100 m from I Gioielli.

The two sandy beaches, where sunshade and lounger rentals as well as bars are open during high season, are about 400 m off.

In the hinterland and at the coast, you find old villages rich in history and tradition. The beautiful town of Pizzo north of Tropea, for example, fascinates you with its medieval alleys and its monumental castle.
