At your holiday home, you get to enjoy a view of the colors of the sea which this area of Calabria is so well-known for - from turquoise to emerald green and deep blue. On clear days, you even spot the volcanic Aeolian Islands.

The architecture of Casa Oliveto harmonizes beautifully with the Calabrian landscape. The sea and the landscape are reflected in the colors of the property. The 3,000 m² premises provide privacy and tranquil moments in nature.

Stroll through the olive grove or simply relax on the comfortable garden furniture in the garden and set your mind at ease. On hot days, you can cool off under the outdoor shower.

Both hobby and professional grill masters are sure to enjoy preparing culinary delights on the grill and in the wood-fired oven in the garden of Casa Oliveto. Prepare delicious fish and meat dishes together as well as the typically Italian pizza, baked in the "forno a legna", and savor them out-of-doors, on your large terrace.

Inside the holiday home

Upon entering the tastefully furnished house, you find yourself in the living-dining room. Off to the left lies the separate, spacious kitchen (incl. oven, gas stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment). The kitchen windows open onto a view of the garden.

From the living-dining room, which is furnished with, amongst others, dining furniture and a cozy sofa, you enter a pass-through room with twin beds and access of the terrace. From that room, you continue on into the double bedroom, which is also accessible from the terrace. The bathroom of Casa Oliveto is equipped with shower/WC/bidet.    

Furnishing of the holiday home also includes SAT-TV and washing machine. Parking is available on the premises of Casa Oliveto.

The sea and the lungomare are only about 750 m off.
"A quattro passi": It is only a few minutes by car to the gorgeous sandy beaches at Capo Vaticano.

The Old Town of Tropea with its small alleys and breathtaking view of the sea is definitely worth a visit.
